Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fair, simple and written without the fine-print games. Here's how refunds work at PGSPACE.
01. Overview
We want you to feel good about working with PGSPACE. This policy explains, in plain English, when refunds and cancellations apply to our IT services and to subscriptions for Mo6o products. If anything here is unclear, please talk to us — we'd rather sort it out than leave you guessing.
02. Project & service work
Custom software and service projects are quoted and agreed before we begin. Because this work is done specifically for you:
- Deposits reserve our time and cover early work, so they're generally non-refundable once we've started.
- Completed milestones that have been delivered and approved aren't refundable.
- Unstarted work — if you cancel before a milestone begins, you only pay for what's already been done.
We'll always be transparent about what stage your project is at.
03. Mo6o product subscriptions
Mo6o products (such as Mo6o Salon) are offered as subscriptions:
- Free trials let you explore before you pay — you won't be charged until the trial ends.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days. After that, they run to the end of the term.
04. When you're eligible for a refund
We'll happily review a refund if:
- You were charged in error or billed twice.
- A paid product has a major fault we can't resolve in a reasonable time.
- You cancelled an annual plan within the eligible window above.
05. When a refund usually doesn't apply
- Change of mind after custom work has been delivered and approved.
- Partial use of a billing period you've already paid for.
- Third-party costs (such as domains or paid integrations) we've already paid on your behalf.
06. How to request a refund
It's simple:
- Email utsavjain.it@gmail.com with your order or account details.
- Tell us what happened — a sentence or two is enough.
- We'll respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
07. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The date below shows the latest version, and any changes apply to purchases made after that date.
