Terms & Conditions
The plain-English agreement between you and PGSPACE for using this website, our IT services and the Mo6o products.
01. Overview & acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PGSPACE website, our IT services, and the Mo6o Ecosystem of products (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
02. Who we are
PGSPACE ("PGSPACE", "we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide custom software and IT services, and we build and operate the Mo6o Ecosystem of products. You can reach us any time at utsavjain.it@gmail.com.
03. Using our website & services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or sign up, and to keep it up to date. We may improve, change or withdraw parts of the Services at any time to keep them working well.
04. Accounts & your responsibilities
If a product requires an account, you're responsible for the activity under it and for keeping your login details safe. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a business.
05. Mo6o products & subscriptions
Mo6o products (such as Mo6o Salon) are offered on subscription plans described on our pricing pages. Features, limits and prices for each plan are shown at the point of purchase. Some plans meter usage (for example, messaging credits); you can top these up without changing your plan.
06. Payments, billing & taxes
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay (supporting UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets). By paying, you authorise us and Razorpay to charge the amount shown. Unless stated otherwise:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which are added at checkout where required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled, and the price for the next period is the price in effect at renewal.
- Project and service work is invoiced as agreed in your written quote or statement of work.
We don't store your full card or bank details — those are handled by Razorpay under their own terms and security standards.
07. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before you buy.
08. Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, design, branding and content, belong to PGSPACE or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended while your account or engagement is active. Content and data you provide remain yours; you grant us the permissions we need to deliver the Services to you.
09. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services.
- Upload malicious code, or send spam or unlawful messages through our messaging features.
- Resell or misrepresent the Services without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party tools (for example, Razorpay for payments, WhatsApp Business, SMS and email providers, and Meta/Instagram). Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the Services reliable, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time, and cancel a subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others or to our systems. On termination, the rights granted to you end, but any clauses meant to survive (such as payment, IP and liability) continue.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We'd always rather resolve things with a conversation first — please reach out before escalating.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, for significant changes, give clear notice. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
